Has anyone out there heard of a study done about how the real estate market can be affected NEGATIVELY?
due to the LACK of good drugs or plentiful drugs ( and when I say drugs I mean controlled substances: Marijuana, pcp, Heroin etc) in a certain community. On the flip side, Has anyone heard of a study that has been conducted where the real estate market has been affected in a POSITIVE manner due to the ABUNDANCE of good drugs or plentiful drugs? Please consider that apartments are also part of the real estate market. I mention this because alot of people who do drugs also live in apartments.
