Take a cake decorating class. I took them at a local cake shop, but JoAnn's and Michael's offer them. They are also available at the Jr College in our area. Contact these places and see if they offer classes in your area. I think that you could handle it at 12 yrs old. If you are to young for the classes, find out how old you have to be to participate, and sign up then. Good luck and enjoy!...(Answered by bleweyez20249)

Not unless the bark is made out of semi-sweet chocolate. I would be willing to bet that the almond bark is made out of chocolate flavored candy coating, which is not going to give you the same deep chocolate flavor of semi sweet chocolate. The good news is, you could probably substitute semi-sweet morsels (chocolate chips) if you have those. But the bark wouldn't be good unless you want your fudge to taste greasy....(Answered by julie m)

Follow your regular guides for cooking the turkey. It shouldn't change with using the stoneware. I know whenever I am using my stoneware I still use the time and temperature guidelines stated by the product. If you are worried about it being done sooner then normal check it at the half way mark for the temp. And then at the 3/4 mark....(Answered by celtic_princess)

Check with your city's regulations to make sure you can actually operate a business out of your own kitchen. Once you've got all of the paperwork out of the way, find friends and acquaintances that have special events coming up, and do their cakes for free or at a discount. Ask if you can put a small, discreet sign near the cake as advertising. Having a beautiful delicious cake at an event with lots of guests is the best way to get started! Word of mouth is very important in a cake business. Good luck!...(Answered by amarie)
