I've had this problem before and all I did was remove as much as I could manually (scraping or picking it off with a stick or something that would not scratch the surface) and then using Goo-Gone to get the rest off. If it is dried on hard, this might take a little elbow grease, but it works....(Answered by G.V.)

You actually have several choices. You can use dried mustard or red pepper around the base of the gutter to keep him from getting in there. But, you will have to constantly reapply everytime it gets wet. You can use a product at the base called squirrel away available in little packettes for less than a dollar at feed stores, pet stores and some discount stores. (Yardlover also has one on their website in larger quantities). You can spray Repell on the gutter which you can get at Petco. Or you can install gutter guards which are ...(Answered by eskie lover)

Their noses are fairly sensitive. I've heard of using moth balls to chase them away. I've put in a link to a company that sells a rodent chasing powder. But if you can find a better way to block them, that will help. I know for urban mice problems the solution is to stuff fine grade steel wool into their holes. It hurts their mouths and discourages them from chewing around the old hole. I had to pack it tightly into the hole so it would expand if they tried chewing around it. This might work in your case too....(Answered by cybele_salem)

Check out this link http://www.ghorganics.com/page6.html#Rabbits I've used cayenne pepper before that seemed to work pretty well.
