What is that smell ? Did something die in here? About a week ago we noticed this awful smell like a dead mouse coming from one room. I cleaned and deordeized the space but it still smelled. We checked the crawlspace nothing there, then we noticed it was coming from the vents. We turned the heat off and it was okay . We had a vent cleaning comapny come vacum clean and sanitize the vents and check the furnace, then we turned the heat back on and its even WORSE! You could be in the same situation as me where the mouse (or mice) have died inside your walls somewhere, or some other place where you can't get to them. The best thing to do, according to what people told me, is to deodorize the place with something that doesn't just cover the smell up, but eliminates it....(Answered by rach)

moving to Queens in New York? I'm supposed to move to Queens in New York on August. So I have to find out new rent house. My new company is located on astoria(46th ave.) I have two kids(5th and 7th grade) I have to consider good school for kids and distance from new company. I think it would be reasonable if the distance is in 20 miles or so from new comapny and it takes one hour to reach to company. does your local landfill have recycling? or bins scattered around various collection points? put them in sealable plastic bags and put in recycle bin. many localities have free disposal days, ours is held at a volunteer fire company, so we store them up for a free drop-off day, also dried out paint, fluorescent lightbulbs, etc....(Answered by sugarbabe)
