Buffalo grass can take some walking on. I've seen it thrive in Los Angeles, and I've seen it die horribly, too, so it's likely more particular than most people seem to be willing to say. If you don't walk on it much, you can also use chamomile or dichondra. The finely cut shape of the leaves of the chamomile will look furry. Dichondra is not much furry, but it will grow in shade. If you aren't walking on it at all, then use freeway daisy or gazania; both have dense leaves and are drought resistant, and as ...(Answered by aseachangea)

Old man cactus Scientific classification Kingdom: Plantae Division: Magnoliophyta Class: Magnoliopsida Order: Caryophyllales Family: Cactaceae Genus: Cephalocereus Species: C. senilis Binomial name Cephalocereus senilis Pfeiff. The Old Man Cactus (Cephalocereus senilis) is a tall cactus native to Mexico. It is threatened in the wild, but widespread propagation and popularity in cultivation have reduced the demand on wild populations. The Old Man cactus is somewhat hardy, and can bloom red, yellow, or white, though it may not flower until 10-20 years of age. In the wild, this species may reach up to 50 feet in height, forming tall, generally unbranched poles (unlike the saguaro, which branches frequently). They do, however, ...(Answered by ♥Ennael♥)

What a sweet girlfriend!!! BTW-very creative with the names-LOVE 'em!!! Care of Your Cactus Potted Plants In most cases cactus will do well in pots as long as you remember three things. Food, light, water. Food When you bring the plant home most of the time it is in a small pot and it probably has grown there for a long time, which means it has used up most of all the nutrients in the soil. So think about repotting and setting up feeding program. Most cactus like several small feeding, better than one large feeding. I like a time release type in the ...(Answered by LA :0))

It sounds most likely like some kind of scale which would require something to kill them like Shultz Houseplant Insect Killer or horticultural oil or neem oil or insecticidal soap. The last 3 have no poison so you have to hit every "spot" because they work by coating the insect and suffocating them. It might also be some type of gall. Not enough information to rule this out....(Answered by college kid)

When I once went looking for information to identify a spider I ran across something surprising. Spiders are identified and classified by their pattern of eyes. Yep, not their color, nor their size, nor any special markings, because, as I read, these are not consistent with all spiders of a specific type. Often shed spiders are referred to as wolf spiders (which are relatively harmless). Although it is large and furry doesn't mean that it is a wolf spider, some wolf spiders are not furry. When a person is bitten by a necrotic spider like a ...(Answered by Mesa P)
