condo or house in Honolulu?

First locate the real estate agent that you want to use.
The best way to do this is to get a referral from someone that has used an agent in your area that they really liked.
contact them and have them start emailing you listings in the area and price range that you want.
The Agent should refer you to a lender that they work with regularly. That way they will be able to sort out any problems you have with the lender.
Best of luck,...(Answered by hunter2) |

Oahu real estate? Sunset or Honolulu?
I am planning on going to Hawaii Pacific university or U. of Hawaii pretty soon and I was wondering if it was a better idea to buy my own house on Sunset because I'm an avid surfer and I want to surf Pipe and Sunset or get an apartment in Honolulu closer to the school......I know that beachfront houses are expensive. I'm spending $20,000+ on school tuition(minus housing b/c I don't want to live on campus) and my budget for where I'm going to live ranges from $500,000-$1 mil.
No, I'm just telling you my budget so you can tell me ... (Asked by hermionegranger182002) |

I think a home in Honolulu would be your best bet....I was there this summer, and I saw beautiful homes on the mountains, they have a beautiful views of the city and ocean....I think a beach front house would be so much more expensive.......(Answered by angela R) |
