First locate the real estate agent that you want to use. The best way to do this is to get a referral from someone that has used an agent in your area that they really liked. contact them and have them start emailing you listings in the area and price range that you want. I think a home in Honolulu would be your best bet....I was there this summer, and I saw beautiful homes on the mountains, they have a beautiful views of the city and ocean....I think a beach front house would be so much more expensive.......(Answered by angela R)
