Being an organic based stain, grape juice responds to organic based stain removers. Think of it in the context of fighting fire with fire. As with all stains, you should spring into action immediately and attack the stain.
First, flush with cold water. Then sprinkle lemon juice on the stain and let it sit in the sun - if you can. If not, go ahead and apply the lemon juice and scrub it in with an old tooth brush or other soft bristled brush. Allow to air dry. Will a 3- year old cranberry juice stain come out of a satin wedding dress?
My sister in law offered me the use of her beautiful wedding dress, but it has a stain on the bodice from cranberry juice, she said she had dabbed club soda on it right after it happened (the stain is fairly light). Is it likely that it might come out with dry cleaning with it being such an old stain?
And now for the bonus question...
Does anyone have any clue what is reasonable to expect to pay for dry cleaning a wedding gown?
Thanks in advance! :-)

She said all they do it pour some on the stain and rub ...(Answered by the4gallos@verizon.net) |

Granite - Lemon juice stain - Need fix!?
My friend set a dish on my countertop and I did not realize it was dripping with olive oil and lemon juice on the bottom so it sat there while we ate dinner. STAINED.
I took Dawn dishsoap and rubbed it on. soaked a dish cloth in super hot water and let it sit. I alternated this for a while. usually this gets my oil stains out. Lemon Juice is another story. No experience with this. ANY IDEAS OUT THERE???
Thanks.
