Lobster tank in the house, what's the most attractive shape(tall, curved)? What else can keep (edible)? This will be a b&b for our oysters, and other dinner guests (edibles), at our b&b. I have had a blue lobster in a 55 gal tank in my home for 3 years. He has grown from 1.5 inches long to almost 8 inches! Do not put anything in with a lobster that you want to see the next day....They are territorial, night hunters and will wait patiently for their prey. I have a large clown loach and a large chinese algae eater in with my blue and they seem to get along (pardon the pun) swimmingly. Give the lobster palces to hide and interesting places to climb. Your best bet to probably find out is to question the host/hostess or waiter. If they are unable to answer it for you, you could always call the manager and request the information. The blue lobster or crayfish can make life pretty miserable for fish that are on the bottom of the tank. They can grow to be around 7" long, and become predatory to small fish near on the bottom of the tank. There are millions upon millions of different insect species. It is kind of hard to identify the one you saw based on the information you have provided. Best bet is for you to do a Yahoo search for "kansas insects" (substitute the name of the state you live in for your search and include the quotation marks). if you mean lobster and crab logos on those things, i would check out anywhere in Maine since it is the Lobster capital of the world. For crabs you could try Maryland since they are very big into Crabs. You would probably be best buying those things over the internet....(Answered by epic_laydown)
