I had a difficult time finding anything on steam cleaners - manufacturers - on the web.. <laughs>. I did land up with some lyrics though.. want those? Somewhere on your machines there is the model and serial numbers. You may be able to contact the manufacturer directly, if there is an address there as well, or phone number? You might also call the place where you had purchased it.. I believe the 'main' store should have the information you're looking for. Good luck! Phaltzgraf used to make a special cleaner for cleaning their china. I had the all white Heritage pattern of theirs about 12 years ago, and it was the only thing that would keep plates clean. You could contact them to see if the cleaner is still made....(Answered by URBANGIRL)

It helps the shirt to keep it's shape in the package. I use to work in a clothing store, and any shirts packed for gifts we added the tissue paper to the inside of the shirt so it wouldn't get wadded up and wrinkled in its package....(Answered by blindfredd)

Do carpet manufacturers recommend using scotch guard after cleaning? I am having my carpet professionally steam cleaned for the first time (it is 5 years old).
