How do I make a hole in a brick wall to run a new dryer vent?
I bought a house where the clothes dryer vents to the inside of the garage. I want to run a new line to the outside but the only route I can take it has a brick exterior. Further, you need to check carefully that there isn't any electric wiring behind that part of the wall. Do remember to wear eye protector or any plastic eye shades before using drill & ...(Answered by The Advisors)

A.
Yes. Paslode makes one type that uses a small cartridge containing flammable gas that "fires" the nails. There is also a type that uses what looks like 22 caliber shells. They are expensive. You will be money ahead if you buy a small compressor. Afterwards you can use the compressor for cleaning, painting, or filling tires. If you cannot store a small compressor after you are finished, sell it....(Answered by Jivo)
