Q.
Are there any methods for killing box elder bugs?
In recent years, my lawn has become infested with box elder bugs. They do no harm, have no scent or anything, but there are literally thousands of them. Sometimes they gather by hundreds, making it quite easy to kill them, but usually they are spread out. The only pesticides that can harm them are direct contact, and there are no natural predators known. Are there any natural plants or poltuces that could be used? ... (Asked by blackdrgn121sn)

Ladybugs are the answer. Alot of people use them. You can just buy them and if you are lucky most of them will stick around year after year. By the way, it is the larve (or something) of the ladybug that helps with the spiders because it east all the eggs. Hence no spiders....(Answered by trouble in paradise)

The Red Wasp (Vespula rufa). One of the most peaceful species is the Red Wasp. It is an easy species to identify: the first two segments of the abdomen are more or less red. This makes it look like a Hornet. This species however is much larger and has red markings on all body parts, where the Red Wasp has not. The Red Wasp builds a nest in the ground and prefers to use abandoned mouse nests. Are you sure they are 'red wasps'? Or have you actually got hornets?? Check out this link for pictures to compare. Get some Raid or Hot Shot Foggers and set them off in your basement; Read directions carefully. After setting off you leave for 2 hours, more if possible. Bats go up so look in rafters and duct vents....(Answered by llittle mama)
