Telescoping Over-the-door Clothes Drying Rack? A year or so back I bought one of those clothes drying racks that you hang over your door (NOT the wall-mount kind). You can then pull out the 7 or 8 rungs where you can hang your wet clothes to dry. For the life of me, I can't remember where I got it. Any ideas? Thanks! ... (Asked by critzi)

Want to know the best way to clean the racks????? Fill your bathtub with enough hot water to cover the racks. dissolve a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cascade dishwasher powder in the water and add the racks. Allow it to soak ......time depends on how dirty they are. the crud will wipe right off when they've soaked long enough....(Answered by momwithabat)

You may have hard water & this is a build up. Run dishwasher empty on hottest/longest setting. If your dishwasher uses Jet Dry make sure it's full. This usually works for me....(Answered by oldetradingpost.com)

Are you wanting a stand alone line, or can you attach it to the wall? I would suggest putting up those bars you get for adjustable shelving, but horizontal instead of vertical. Put 2 across from each other and string however many wires you want inbetween them. Also if you are short on space, you can string one or two lines and hang your clothes on hangers, then on the line (even works with undies if you use clothespins)....(Answered by panamaniac)

How to clean oven racks? I have a self-cleaning oven. The instructions advise not to clean the oven racks in the self-cleaning cycle, so I do them by hand. I am not familiar with this problem,but it may attach through the vent holes inside the dryer...And if you put anything else in the dryer it will probably tangle around the shoe rack and break something.......(Answered by Tony H)

MY cleaning lady sprayed Easy OFF Fume Free and then self cleaned my oven. How do I get it off my oven & rack It is a self cleaning oven which she sprayed, turned on the self cleaning and then left. I now have discolored racks and a gray film on sides of my oven and floor. Don't know about the element. The oven is only 12 years old. How can I get rid of this and also not damage the element? It's just dried lye. Nothing to fret about. Wet it down with 409, simple green or just a rag dipped in soapy water. It will come off. I own a cleaning company and this happens alot. You can't see the "gray or white" until its completely dry. Really no fault of hers. It just happens. that element is not that fragile. A wet saopy rag. Do not saturate at the connections....(Answered by Lori N)

Most people hang them the level of the basin , but where ever it looks best my daughter has hers higher than her basin and it looks great so what ever you think is fine ....(Answered by janice a)
