http://www.wholeschoolmeals.co.uk/menus.html Plenty of ideas in this link, but doing your costings will depend on what area you live in and your purchase power is dictated by the LEA, so you would have to talk directly to them as they will have wholesale contracts on an area basis from which you are expected to buy....(Answered by Marcus)

Go to Walmart or Target. You can get a decent Sharp for about $50.00 or less and it comes with rotating tray, pre-set's, programmable and @ 1000 watts. I am hesitant to go with off-brands. It is better to stick with what you know....(Answered by Sacha)

As long as there isn't a lot of fat. Edit to correct beebs. Most of it is quality cuts of lamb all pressed together and as the meat cooks, the vendor slices it off to make it round so that it will heat evenly. I have seen them being prepared. It is either a Turkish or Arabic style of cooking, and is also called Kebabs....(Answered by Dune)

Q.
What temperature do I use with the defrost function on my Smeg oven?
I have an SA663X, but I suspect most Smeg ovens work the same. There are two rotating knobs (on mine), the left one selects the function and I can see which one of those is defrost. What I'm uncertain about, though, is what temperature to select with the other knob. Unless I select a temperature, it appears that the oven doesn't do anything, so at the moment I just have it set "very low" - maybe 20 or 30C. (about 60F?) Am I doing it right? Ooops, quite right freesumpin! I listed my dishwasher by mistake. I have an oven that looks ... (Asked by ozperp)

Q.
Is there a name for that rotating wheel used to hold order slips in restaurants?
Weird question, I know. I can't figure it out for the life of me. I'm having a Japanese-themed grad party on Friday and wanted to have something like that rotating wheel (I'm recreating a sushi-go-round, where you match sushi pictures to their names). Does anybody know the name of that wheel, and possibly where I could find (or make) something similar, in stand-up form? ... (Asked by A.M.)

A.
They're called order wheels or ticket wheels: http://www.instawares.com/Wall-Mount-Order-Wheel-14.3812WH.0.7.htm I've only seen them in restaurant supply stores. But for what you're doing, a lazy susan or roating cake stand might work. The cake stand might be a little taller, so you hang your pictures from the edge of the plate and place the sushi below. Hope this helps!...(Answered by peanutflutter)
