Q.
Being that its a buyers market how much do you think a house that is worth?
Being that its a buyers market how much do you think a house that is worth $58,000 dollars will go for. I saw a house drop to $51,000 dollars. The immediate area where the house is similiar houses are worth about the same. So now the person is selling the house for $49,000 dollars. He has several other houses as well and I think he wants to sell them to. What is a fair price to pay for this house being that so many houses also are on the market. I know for a fact because I seen all the houses ... (Asked by .)

You can have a market analysis and an appraisal done. The appraisal will tell you what the house is worth. The market analysis will tell you what the house can expect to be sold for, taking into account the economy in the immediate area, and the number of houses in the area already for sale. They can be very different numbers. For example, the house I live in is valued at $75K. It is a small town in the country so the property is cheap =). But the market analysis, because there are so ...(Answered by Kelly C)

Try your local, then county & last but not least, State Tax offices. Since they are, after all, mobile homes, the tax offices of several different owners over a number of years can vary but, no matter who owns it, taxes must still be rendered on it each & every year. Q.
How can you evict a stranger by posing as the landlord when he is out of town?
A friend of mine did this once. He was friendly with a guy who knew the landlord of the house that was being rented across the street. After the tenants broke a window in his house, he did some research. Seems the landlord that owns the house across the street is in the hospital. On top of that he's one of those landlords that you never meet and has a middleman do the screening and contracts. So he borrowed his bosses porche and went over there and told them he was the landlord and they ... (Asked by mrupfrontandreal)

Well if those folks your friend evicted ever find out all they have to do is file a complaint with the cops and have your friend arrested for identity theft and then once the arrest record is established those folks can sue your friend for the damages incurred from them having to move under false pretenses. And if proven in a court of law that indeed your friend did this he'll get free room and board from the state and will not need a lease agreement to stay there. If your neighbors are really hassling you or making your life miserable ...(Answered by newmexicorealestateforms)

Q.
Why do all houses in the UK look the same?
Almost all the houses in the UK look the same....made of red brick or those "Victoria houses". In the inside, many houses also look quite similiar...the same heaters, the same exposed heating pipes and toilette pipies....the same bath tub...etc. Even newly built houses look the same..always the red bricks without any plaster outside to make it look nicer. The celing heights are also quite low usually. In other countries houses vary a lot more....and are more individual (although they have tight planning restrictions as well). Is it due to even stricter requirements or just because there is a monopoly of ... (Asked by maddog2000)

I live in Texas, so I am biased!..... A city you would love in Texas is Austin, which may be similar to Chicago..... It is beautiful with so many things to do....People have a real laid back spirit, a lot of diversity and it has a wonderful arts community......People tend to be accepting and tolerant....I lived there for 3 years and I love it and made some wonderful friends.... People are great, the geography is beautiful, the weather is warm, the housing is very affordable, there is so much to do....Look into it......(Answered by angela R)
