you can pinch leaves any time at any age and they are potent. the plant will form 2 new branches from the base of leaves below the pinch. If you pinch off the taller branches you will get a bushier plant. This is a good weed to grow outdoors, thrives in full sun and lots of water. you canpinch off almost ALL the big leaves, and the tiny leaf buds will grow into new branches. I grow Jalapenos in my garden, every year. I enjoy eating them raw, making Salsa, as well as making my home-made "pepper sauce". My plants grow to be at least 4 feet tall. Mine are planted in the ground, and not containers. I apply "Miracle Grow",(liquid) at least 2 times a month, too. Your best bet is to try on eBay - there are not many things that are unavailable there! The other thing you could do is go to a store that sells either Indian or Chinese goods, and ask them. hum mm...I think it depends on what exactly you are looking for. The tallest office building in the world on record is the Taipei financial center in Taiwan. Though believe the tallest building was erected in Dubai, UAE (united Arabic Emirate) It's a twin building as well with the two buildings linked to each other. You can start picking the leaves from dill at any stage. If you are making pickles you will want to pick the seed heads before the flowers open or after they start making seed. But the leaves are very flavorful to use any time. As for the celantro I would think that as soon as they make leaves large enough to harvest....(Answered by Beth)

those are so cool. keep them and you will think of something. I saw at my daughters school where a teacher had cut some to be all the same size and put them around milk crates she tied them together with a natural looking string they looked so neat. like the crate was built from bamboo. you could use a larger thing like maybe a plain looking trunk and do that. yes !
